How do Botable credits work?
A credit is one piece of AI work. Building a bot costs one credit, and each later change costs one. Everything else is free: hosting, message volume, users, storage, redeploys. New accounts get 5 credits and 2 a day after that; on a paid plan you pick a monthly allowance, from 100 credits to 1,600, which resets at each renewal.

Which plan should you pick?
Two questions, not one. The plan decides what you can do, Pro to keep up to three bots running around the clock with Mini Apps, Business to add broadcasts, analytics, payments and unlimited bots. The size decides how much AI work you get each month.

Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every new account gets 5 free credits and 2 more each day once the balance runs out, which is enough to build a bot and keep refining it. No card is required to start. Free bots run for 48 hours at a time and you can turn them back on as often as you like.
What exactly is a credit?
A unit of AI work. Building a bot costs one, and each later change costs one. Nothing else consumes credits, hosting, message volume, users, storage and redeploys are all free.
Do credits expire?
Your monthly plan allowance resets at each renewal, so pick a size close to what you use. Credits bought as a one-off top-up never expire and are only spent once the monthly allowance is gone. Cancelling stops future charges; top-up credits stay yours.
Am I charged for hosting?
Never separately. Bots on a paid plan run 24/7 on managed infrastructure at no extra cost, however busy they get. An idle bot costs nothing and a busy one is not throttled into a higher tier.
How many bots can I have?
One on the free tier, three on Pro, and no limit on Business. If you are already over the limit when you change plans, nothing is taken away, you just cannot add another until you are back under it.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time, from the pricing page or your billing settings. Switching plans takes effect immediately. Refunds are handled under the published refund policy.
